Mr.Sundara Vadivel
Sr. VP- Projects
Mr.SundaraVadivel has been associated with the Façade Industry for over 21 years and had delivered multiple prestigious projects in India and overseas during this period. He is an Engineer and is a certified Facade Designer with NTC-2 Singapore.
Prior to joining Geotrix, Sundara had held Various Positions with BHEL Trichy, Seiko Architectural Singapore, Liang Huat Aluminium Singapore and Permasteelisa Group.During this period he had designed and executed many major projects in commercial and residential sectors. Also he had worked on Major Airport projects in his career including the Mumbai International Airport.
His specialization is in design and Project Execution. In his role as Chief Operating Officer he will be leading the team to execute the projects in accordance with the best practices in the industry focussing on Quality, Time and Cost.
Mr.Prakash Barhanpure
Sr.VP-Project Control
Mr.Prakash Barhanpure is a graduate in Civil Engineering with 26 years of Project Management expertise in Luxury Hotels in India. He has been involved in Senior Leadership Roles for Hospitality Projects from Concept-to-Creation and successful handover of renowned brands.
Some of the Hotel chains & brands that Prakash has been closely associated with are LeelaKempinski Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Ambassador Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, etc. for renowned Developers like Raheja Corp, Mantri Group, Prestige Group, Phoenix Group, Narang Group, Kamat Group & Gem Granites Group. He has also headed luxury Residential Apartments like the Kessaku for Phoenix Group.
He has been the Owners’ Representative for all the Projects and has always been recognized for his keen attention to managing Time, Cost & Quality on their behalf. Prakash is highly experienced in ensuring thorough coordination of Civil Structure with all the components of MEP Services, right through to Interior fit-outs and smooth handover to Operators with all stakeholders involved, viz, Owners, Principal Consultants, Hotel Operators, Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Interior Designers, and the various Contractors.
Mr.Selvadorai Balasundaram
Sr.VP-Factory Operations
Mr.Selvadorai has been associated with the construction industry for over 20 years. Through the years he had handled Supply Chain Management of Facade works in many prestigious projects in India and overseas.
Mr.Selvadorai is currently heading the Factory operations in Geotrix, wherein he is managing the Supply Chain and the Factory operations including the QA / QC operations.
He is a commerce graduate with diploma in Materials Management. His track record as Supply Chain head includes the sourcing abilities from overseas suppliers from countries like Singapore, Hong Kong and China. In his role as Senior Vice President – Factory Operations, he will be focusing on Procurement, Administration, Business development, Import and Export, Vendor Development and Operations.
In addition, He will be leading the team for implementing innovative, high quality and cost effective approaches in sourcing and production, to make Geotrix a preferred Façade Contractor for Customers.
Mr.Yusuf Khan
Sr.VP-Design
Mr.Yusuf Khan is a Versatile professional with 21 years of rich experience in design & execution of architectural enveloping & facade systems in India, Middle East & Thailand.
Mr.Ganesan S S
VP-QA/QC
Mr. Ganesan.S has been associated with the Façade Industry for over 19 years and had delivered multiple prestigious projects in overseas and India during this period. He is an Mechanical Engineering Graduate.
Prior to Joining Geotrix, Ganesan had held various positions with Maria Fabrications Pudukkottai and Pd Manufacturing Intl. Pvt Ltd , Compact Metal industries Ltd, LHL Intl. Pvt Ltd, YKK AP Singapore and Permasteelisa group in India. During this period he had Site Executed many projects in commercial and residential sectors.
Mrs.Kanchana Raghavendra
VP-Commercial
Mrs.Kanchana is a Civil Engineering Graduate and has been associated with the construction industry for over 20 years. Through the years she had handled Tendering of Facade works in many prestigious projects in India and overseas.
Mrs.Kanchana is currently designated as Vice President in the Commercial Department in Geotrix. In this role she will be leading the team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers for bid submissions, claims management and contract management. Further she will be playing a crucial role in Knowledge Sharing and Continuing Profesional Development Program within Geotrix.
Her credentials include impeccable integrity and thorough knowledge in commercial function.
Mr. Palaniappan Muthuraman
VP-Accounts
Palaniappan is an Accounting Professional with Engineering Back Ground. He has been associated with Accounts function in various industries for over 20 years. His expertise in taxation laws, liasioning with Government Agencies, import regulations have been of immense value to Geotrix.
His core skills include, ability to learn things quickly, adopt to changes in law, high level of motivation, dedication towards responsibility entrusted. Currently he is designated as General Manager – Accounts with Geotrix. In his role he takes care of day to day accounting requirements of the company and the implementation of new accounting system, which will enable to produce accurate financial reports for the Management.
